The service man who responded to our call (Jay G) was communicative, professional, and punctual. The issue I have is with the company as a whole. The company's policy is to have you sign a contract with the cost of diagnostics and anticipated repair before the diagnostics are performed. I just moved into a condo and low and behold. Both toilets were clogged. Funny how that happens after you settle. It's one thing if one of your bathrooms isn't working, but when two of them aren't working... Bad experiece! We had a broken pipe and charge us $1000 for a piece 1inch of pipe and sealed it but it’s still leaking. We had to call another plumber to checked charged us $800 to replace the switch because that is the one leaking. I would not recommend this company.
Jesse did a great job. Thank you for taking care of this so quickly. He was polite, articulate, efficient, neat and tidy everything you’d want in an employee! I highly recommend the drain guys and will pass their information along to anyone who asks!
