We needed a toilet replaced at our house and my wife suggested this company as she had them out to do a water heater repair at our manufacturing facility. They showed up on time (although i was taking a nap and they almost left) and completed the install in a timely maner. The techs were very professional and accommodating. They walked into a bathroom that was a mess and after they left you couldn't tell anything happened. The price was very reasonable.
Came to finish a job for a bidet that I couldn't finish. The distance between the wall and the toilet is extremely constrained. They were able to finish it, but I apparently re-threaded the plastic coupling. They were also able to replace the dryer gas shut-off valve while they were there, which was fantastic. The fill bowl had a problem with the gasket, preventing water from filling it correctly, which is why I couldn't give it five stars. Josh was very quickly diagnosed my low pressure hot water issue in the kitchen-cleaned out the line in 2 minutes and restored the flow. He then offered 2 choices for future remedy that will greatly improve the longevity of our lines and plumbing fixtures. I greatly appreciate it!
They showed up to do a re-pipe on our house and were absolutely fantastic! The work was awesome, they were super cool, and really made sure we had everything we needed.
