Very high on this team. Great communication. Came when they said and called a few minutes before arrival. Understood the multiple issues, evaluated everything and resolved the biggest issue we had. Cleaned up and did not leave a mess. Can't ask for better. !!!
I had them in to fix a plugged drain and was charged $190 to clear. I told the guy it was ok for three years but the tank was not filling up all the way. Called them back and was going to charge me another $190 without fixing the problem. I called plum Better and they fxed the problem for the same cost. I plan on contacting the Better business about this and the state of Florida licensing about this rip-off 4190
