We celebrated our first anniversary at The Pink Adobe and boy what an incredible experience. The whole experience was world class. Food, drinks, environment and lets just talk about our service.. Sean provided some of the best service we have ever had. Thank you for an amazing night in Santa Fe!! We will be back ☺️

The service and ambiance were great, but I wasn’t that impressed with the food. I don’t like great slabs of meat so I had the Avocado shrimp salad which I think would have been better halved in quantity (and price) and served as an appetizer. The cocktails and wine selections were nice.

Suzanne, I'm very sorry you did not enjoy the Whole Avocado Shrimp Salad. That dish has been a Pink Adobe favorite for over 50 years. We have tried to stay true to the original owner, Rosalea's recipes, that is why we have been in business since 1944. We do offer some lighter seafood specials by our chef often during the warmer months that I think you would enjoy! Please come back and try us again!
