RecommendedRestaurant has great atmosphere and excellent service. Plates are perfectly executed. I would return just for the blue corn bread that was hot out of the oven. Start with the light and crispy zucchini fries and you can’t go wrong with any entree choice. I give Pink Adobe 4 stars.

RecommendedPink Adobe is one of few places we found in our stay that match quality with value. Allow me to explain. Santa Fe is a Capital city. Downtown, the pricing reflects this. The quality is typically “meh, acceptable” and then priced +30%. Pink Adobe has prices that are comparable to surrounding restaurants but they carry a much higher VALUE (by that I mean, quality vs. money spent) than surrounding restaurants. I love their margaritas & visit The Pink Adobe at least twice a month but I was extremely disappointed with my last visit. They had a fire pit in the middle of the courtyard smoking everyone out. Several tables complained. The fire wasn't proving ambiance or warmth, only smoke. Our table was close to the fire and ash was falling all over me.
