Me and my husband came in with our baby I’ve been here in the past and the wings were excellent! Today we got the 16 traditional wings part was hot and lemon pepper and a side of fried pickles! For some reason our wings were almost cold! Like they had been sitting and they just put warm sauce on them! The lemon pepper was gross we could bare the hot sauce and honestly I have a baby, I ate the food but cause I need to eat not cause I enjoyed it! This was my first time. Food was great but service was horrible. All of our drinks were never refilled and stayed empty even after the waitress said she would bring refills and never did. But every other table was waited on very well. When we went to pay the cashier asked how everything was, my boyfriend replied with we won't be back and the cashier had a bad attitude after that. No apology or asking how she could make our experience better. So we were not impressed. That is not good customer service.
Poor customer service! Say you only have 4 cheese sticks and you can have them for free, would you like another appetizer. Then we get a bill are charged full price for BOTH and then only will give half money back for the cheese sticks! This is not the 1st time it's happened! Will not be back!
RecommendedWings are the best but please bring back the original french fries
