I have always had good service and good food there. I have been there maybe 8 times total over a 4 year span. I absolutely love the fried twinkies with ice cream!! Wings are always good but last time I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich which was also awesome!!
We first went to Downtown Grill last Saturday. The wait for our food seemed a little long...but their wings were AMAZING! Definitely worth the wait! They were so good, we ate there again last night! Once again, the food was OUTSTANDING! Our new favorite local spot!
Since I work in downtown Cullman, I was looking for places to eat. Everyone said the Downtown Grill. A co-worker and I went there for lunch one day and waited for over 15 minutes before walking out. The reason: We were never approached by a server or acknowledged by anyone that was working. The gentleman at the next booth finally got his drink when he was almost finished with his meal and the server was extremely rude to him. Tried again today (6-2-2017) and the food was horrible. Food was not fresh and not worth the price wish i could get a refund..My mashed potatoes were cold and the chicken was hard like it was left out Didn't even taste good i should have went to the old cook stove like planned it's a longer drive but well worth it i would rather have good fresh food.
No one greeted us when we went in and my food was nasty and cold. It tasted microwaved.
