Trying to get a hold of Douglas day property groups for maintenance like even electrical issues, flooring issues, tile floor tiles that are used for kitchen countertops the list goes on. The properties at Douglas day has to offer is sticking. Calling the office is a joke, on top of it they of the unsafe unfixed floor issues by the shower Douglas Day Property charges a late fee on rent after just 3 days so if your paid Bi-Weekly then most likely you're paying a late fee at least three times a year. I do not know Keith personally, however I just had the most wonderful interaction with him that I believe deserves a shout out! His name was incorrectly attached to a previous business he had owned years ago, long story short I called him and was raging about a problem we had there and he was so kind and then proceeded to give me information and links and contacts of individuals to help me solve my problem, then followed up later to make sure all went well. I rented a small one bedroom at 1019 e Broadway for a year. This company has a bad local reputation and my experience was a mixed bag. The positive, -it was in a good location. -I was late on several payments and they were more than understanding and accommodating. -Maintenance did fulfill maintenance requests. -I did receive most of my security deposit back.
