Why does your phone go directly to an auto attendant? I have called a few times and the auto attendant hangs up. What is the point of having your number on here if people have questions?
Pool and cabana area is awesome!!
So far The Douglas has been an amazing place to live. The staff is great and everyone that lives here seems so nice. Would like to also thank leasing consultant Kyn for showing us how great The douglas is and convincing me to come live here!
Let me start by saying this place is the definition of really caring about anyone who walks through their doors. The kind blonde hair manager is amazing she helped me through a lot although I wasn’t accepted at the time due to personal reasons she helped me step by step to possibly become a future Resident which is un heard of most apt complex’s don’t care. Also Kyle I believe is his name was great as well amazing customer service. This place is beyond what I expected, 10/10 recommend anyone to live here if it’s on your list... read more
