We recently had a garage door opener go bad, so I called The Doors, Inc. The response was excellent. I called on a Saturday and Monday they came and had it replaced! The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and was great at explaining everything. We are very happy with The Doors Inc. and will definitely use them again.
They were the best price I could find for replacing Torsion Springs. Mark was very professional and courteous. He fixed the problem quickly and professionally.

Garage door springs broke, called The Doors. They charged $100 less than my brother-in-law paid another contractor this summer, were here in a little over an hour as promised, and fixed it no problem. But what makes them stand out is that the serviceman checked out the whole system for us, replaced the stuck opener button, and greased the track for us just to be helpful. Professional and courteous the whole time. Couldn't recommend them higher.
Was locked out of my detached garage and called The Doors Inc on a Sunday afternoon. Had a repairman out the following morning. Turned out the external keypad remote had failed, and opening the door required drilling out the emergency release latch lock (I didn't have a key). Within the hour, I had access to my garage, a new keypad, and a new emergency release latch. Very professional and courteous, definitely recommended.
I was worried to even start calling to get price quotes for service calls, I found three - the two prior calls informed me they charge a substantial higher Service Charge - then the clencher was the add on "fuel surcharge of $5.00", the distance was 3 miles. They were quoting two to three days out - my car was in the garage and no way out, the pull cord release didn't work as I had roller issues and it was locked in place. Our 24-year old garage door opener quit last night. We called The Doors Inc. and several other local companies for information and pricing on the immediate installation of a new opener that we located on Yellow Pages.com. The Doors Inc., had an impressive number of favorable reviews, and in the end, were the most cost efficient. Mark & his son did a wonderful job for us with the installation of our new garage door & opener! We couldn't even get into the garage. We called the day after Christmas, and the next morning Mark was there to put in the new door. They replaced everything for a very reasonable price, with excellent workmanship.
