I read reviews written by others before I called for broken torsion spring. So I felt pretty good picking The Doors Inc. Friendly, no bulls, prompt, great work. Price was what I expected. I get a 3-year labor and material warranty. Love it. Anyone needing garage door services, I'd recommend Mark at The Doors Inc.
Wow!!! It is so refreshing to find in this day and time a company that provides such excellent service. One of the 51" long torsion springs broke on my large and "heavy" wood garage door ( 18' x 8) and everyone else I called said it would be days before they could get to me. I called Mark around 10am and he said he could fit my repair in before his 4:30pm appointment. I called Mark & told him that my garage door was broken. I told him I ordered the parts from Sears & would take about 8 days for the parts to come in. He told me he had the parts on his truck and could fix today! I had no idea he could fix Sears doors. My garage door was fixed within a few hours and when the parts came from Sears, I returned them. I love that he served all makes & models!
Mark came to our home exactly on time within two hours after my first phone call. He replaced both springs very well and quickly. His price was very reasonable and exactly as he told me on the phone. I would highly definitely recommend The Doors Inc.
Very quick, very proficient! Mark came within a few hours of my first call to replace broken torsion springs. He said it'd take him between 30-45 minutes, and he was faster than that. I am very impressed with the quality of service that The Doors Inc. provided. They were also priced lower than three other places I looked at.
Don't waste your time! I was scheduled for garage door repair on Thursday, took day off work, and waited...NO SHOW...NO CALL...NOTHING! It is now Saturday, they haven't even had the courtesy to return my calls.
The Doors Inc was a fantastic company to work for. The website alone explained what problem I had with my garage door. Also the estimate on how much to fix was awesome. I would definitely recommend The Doors Inc. They do an excellent job. Mark came to replace spring. I showed him some other damage on the garage door and he fixed those things without any additional charge. He was very courteous and professional in his job.
