This is our second time using The Door Man and their service is always incredible. They came out as quickly as they could and provided excellent, fast service. I called them at 1030 or so, as my garage door wouldn't open and they were here replacing the broken spring within an hour and a half - exactly the time they had estimated they could arrive. Kudos for the great customer service!
I called on a Friday at 5:40 and Randy answered the phone! I expected voice mail. He said they could fix my door on Monday and they would call by 7:30. They called at 7:20, said they'd be here by 8:30. They arrived at 8:20 and were done in less than 30 minutes! AND, the cost was half of what I expected. Very friendly people, and excellent service!

I worked with Randy yesterday, and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained to me all the issues of my old garage door before performing any repairs. After correcting the deficiency, he demonstrated the garage door with a passion and supported with a guarantee. His price was very reasonable especially after calling late in the evening to fix our broken garage. Thank you, Randy, The Doorman. Hearing our garage spring snap late at night was not fun! The next morning Randy was here and fixed it. He made it better than it was before the spring broke and didn’t empty my bank account. I can’t thank the DoorMan enough for excellent customer service and just being a good person. 👍🏻
