I cannot say enough about Cheryl and The Dog Wizard! Before coming to training, my dog had problems counter surfing, pulling on the leash, and listening overall. Cheryl has completely transformed our lives! Not only do I feel confident about my dog’s capabilities moving forward, I feel confident in myself to follow Cheryl’s steps and maintaining these new behaviors!
I had given up on training Charlie. We have tried multiple methods and trainers. Jamie Dukovic was magic w Charlie. He's horrible on a leash. I've needed surgery bc of his behavior. After a couple lessons w Jamie I actually took Charlie in a walk. I still can't believe his change. I will continue w Jamie and work on the whole dog, not just leash training. My husband and I took our australian shepherd to the puppy classes and foundations classes and it was amazing! she is pretty nervous around other dogs, and this helped build her confidence tremendously! Beth was spectacular explaining how to do training properly at the facility and at home. She was awesome at answering all the questions i had about how to get our girl used to going out hanging out with different folks. From start to finish, the Dog Wizard Saturday, 5 week, program in Knoxville, was amazing! I was very concerned about my 3 year old Bermese Mountain Dog after an incident that took his confidence away from him, but Beth Hook taught us every week something new and I am so proud of him. He is no longer scared of try anything and is not angry. He loves car rides, gets in and out, walk right beside us and does not growl and bark at othercdog or people. Huge progress. Thank you Beth.
Our pup just graduated for the 5 week group course. Beth Hook , simply put, is a GREAT Trainer. She helped bring some life and self confidence into our rescue.
