Autumn is truly a dog wizard! Our sweet, two-year old mini-poodle had an increasingly frustrating and potentially dangerous guarding problem. Nothing was safe from Cillian’s paws and mouth; remotes, phones, portable keyboards, mice, glasses—they were all part of his repertoire. Autumn is exceptional. She was our third trainer and definitely in a different league. She is knowledgeable and patient, and our dog, Remy, responded to her immediately. Autumn has a quiet presence that really helped us deal with his undisciplined behaviors. Her training techniques built on each other and I could see differences in his responses with each week’s session. He is still a handful, but I feel that I am in charge and can manage him in a way that is good for both of us. I recommend Autumn without reservation.
We had a great experience with Dog Wizard Chantilly after we acquired our miniature dachshund puppy. Autumn Bowen showed us how to use a small crate to calm our puppy and put us well on our way to completing the difficult task of housebreaking. Autumn is unusually attuned to the feelings and needs of canines, and we look forward to working with her in the future.
We had an amazing experience with the Dog Wizard and Sam. We’ve worked with other trainers and done a board and train before and this was the first time we’ve seen real improvement with our dog. Sam was wonderful, he didn’t just tell us what to do, he took the time to explain the rationale behind the training, his whiteboard seasons were awesome! Can’t recommend them enough.
