We had an amazing experience with the Dog Wizard and Sam. We’ve worked with other trainers and done a board and train before and this was the first time we’ve seen real improvement with our dog. Sam was wonderful, he didn’t just tell us what to do, he took the time to explain the rationale behind the training, his whiteboard seasons were awesome! Can’t recommend them enough.
We had an exceptional experience with The Dog Wizard Georgetown-- from our initial contact assessing our pup Cody's needs through his 2-week board and train and follow up lessons. Cody is a wonderful, energetic, 3-year-old rescue, and we were looking to improve his follow through with commands, his on-leash behavior, and his general reactivity to dogs and other triggers. We could not be happier with the Georgetown dog wizard. The trainer, Autumn, was nice, professional, and extremely effective. From the moment she met our one year old doberman, Chico, they were friends and we could already see an improvement in his behavior after the first visit. Our pup is a good boy but he had some issues with listening to commands, barking, leash walks, and regulating his behavior. We worked with Autumn from Dog Wizard and she was absolutely wonderful! We needed help with all the basics and building confidence with the 7 month old puppy we adopted. She immediately understood him and helped us understand him better. The techniques and work she did with us made a difference in his adaptation to our household, and he’s been doing really well slowly building his confidence and socialization (in addition to all his new skills). Working with Autumn from The Dog Wizard was an absolutely wonderful experience.
