We are very pleased with the progress we saw in our Springer Spaniel, Woodrow. We signed up for the Freedom program, and it has made a tremendous difference in his behavior. More importantly, we are now much better equipped to reinforce and build upon the things he learned in the program. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. Marco trained our 3 year old HES rescue dog, Josie. Marco has a very calm demeanor, listened to our needs, and really engaged our dog in a way that she gained confidence & direction from us via Marco. We had 8 evening sessions with Marco, us & Josie. The Dog Wizard group was prompt to respond to any concerns & questions we had when we were practicing training at home. Josie loves the lifetime “group classes” on Saturday! Karla and Dog Wizzard are the real deal. We did lessons with Karla and then boarded Biscuit with her for two weeks. That was about two months ago. Today we have a genuinely well-behaved dog. What set Karla apart wasn’t just the training results. She recognized early on that Biscuit was going home to a house with two young girls and built everything around that reality. Saylor (my 8 month old GSD) and I had a wonderful time here! We did the day training program and saylor struggled to walk on a leash properly. I have a perfect leash walker now! She learned a lot of other things too! Tizzy, Kate, and Keila were Saylor’s trainers and they all did an amazing job with her! I am so grateful for them and this place. We cannot wait to come back :) pictured is when they took her out for a pup cup and worked on getting her some exposure!
Keila was amazing to work with. She is so knowledgeable and kind. She obviously knows dogs! I’ve already learned a lot from her and so has my dog Ruby. I would recommend the board and train highly.
