From the moment you walk in the door, the staff is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend any of the services at this business.
The Dog Stop is the only dog boarding place we have used and we chose the best. Our dog Kaiser knows when we are getting close (by his excited whining) and he's greeted by name by whoever is working at the time. He loves to go and visit for a few days or longer. You can not go wrong by taking your dog to the Dog Stop in Knoxville. You can call, text or email and you will get a response quickly from the owner.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the early business hours are a huge plus. Being able to drop off my pups at 6:30 a.m. makes my mornings stress-free. It’s clear my dogs are happy here. It’s such a relief knowing they’re in good hands while I head to work.
We got our fluffy baby boy, Bear, at the shelter 2 weeks ago. He is a Great Pyrenees that was out on the lamb when he was found and became pretty severely matted during that time. The shelter didn't get a chance to get around to him, then he was neutered the same day we took him home so that was 2 extra weeks he went without seeing a professional to groom him.
