My dog really enjoyed her time at the Dog Pawlor and came back looking fab. She can't wait to go back.
Normally I have had good experiences with my dog, however the last time I took her in, a younger man clipped my dogs nails. As my dog has bad anxiety, as soon as she was done we rushed out of there. By the time we got home, there was blood all over my car and clothes because her nail had been cut off down to the skin and she was bleeding profusely. He hadn't even bothered to tell me he practically cut her nail off and she was bleeding horribly. We won't be returning after that one.

David & I bring our 3 puppies here, (Gizmo, Aria, & Tai), as often as we can. We appreciate how patient & gentle they are with our babies during their grooming. Gizmo had been traumatized by other groomers because of multiple cuts & scrapes (which included Dog Pawlour). But since the new manager took over her & her staff have been amazing!!! We first met the Dog Pawlour for grooming. They do an excellent and proper job on my little sheltie. Now Dyno attends at least once a week for a play day. He loves his furry friends there. I like the convenience of drop - in day care. We both like the friendly and caring staff. NEVER a problem. Always a joy!
My dog LOVES coming here for day care. I took her to other daycare facilities and she was always hesitant when I dropped her off. The second time I brought her to The Dog Pawlour, she didn't even look back at me when I left and she gets super excited every time we pull in the parking lot. They do a great job of managing the dogs so nobody gets overwhelmed. I'm so thankful to have found this place!
