Our puppy loved his experience here. From the second we walked in the door it was different that the "other" place we'd gone. It was clean, smelled good and the staff was friendly. Our groomer listened to what we wanted and asked questions to clarify. When we picked him up he was perfect and so soft! He came home so happy! At the "other" place he came home and seemed sad for almost 3 days. Ugh, my heart was broken! I'm beyond happy with our experience here! THANK YOU! We will DEFINITELY be back!
Our dog Buckley LOVES the Dog Parlour!!! We’ve tried a few other places in Fort Collins and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had! The staff is wonderful and so friendly! They even sent me a video of Buckley’s first day playing with the other dogs! We will never go anywhere else!!!
A big THANK YOU to Amy at the Dog Pawlour! We have been through 4 other groomers, where my little man has been banned. Jax has never been so happy after a grooming visit a he was today.
We absolutely LOVE The dog pawlour!! Our 80 lb Sheppard mix had a very traumatic experience with another groomer when she was a puppy and ever since we had struggled to get her into another groomer. But her very first visit to the pawlour was a great one and they were able to trim her toenails and suppress anal glands for the first time since her trauma! I bring my little girl Tallulah here for daycare. We just made a big move so she's been having some difficulties adjusting. She gained some shyness after our move and the staff here has been so wonderful with her and very patient and encouraging. They're helping her build her confidence while she's there and I couldn't be more grateful for finding such an awesome place! Everyone has been great and Tallulah and I would definitely recommend!
I take my dog there for daycare twice a week and she loves it! The daycare staff is awesome and always really friendly. I can tell they love dogs and treat all the dogs like their own. I would definitely recommend this place.
