Bob and his staff are wonderful. They treat your pet like family. They give great care and show much love and concern for your pet
I know when we leave the fur kids they will be well taken care of! They come back home smelling clean and worn out from all the play time!! The staff is very caring and knowledgeable, we feel very comfortable leaving our kids there for play and overnight knowing they are in good hands! We will definitely be back, thank you all for making my vacation a little more enjoyable knowing our dogs are having fun and safe!
The best place ever to groom your dog, play day and to stay for a couple of days. They take excellent care of your dog! Bob is a super person and so is his staff! Lacey, my Maltese loves "Uncle Bob". Oh my goodness! Second time and my Eski never looked better (except when he was groomed there once before). Show dog quality! He smells amazing, his yellow coloring is gone and is so white! Would recommend a million times over!
Just picked up Chloe from an overnight stay this weekend and man is she worn out. I've never had a such a quiet drive back to Lansing !! The staff here is wonderful -- They put up with multiple calls from me just checking in to see how she was doing and each time they were very pleasant. We have already made our reservations for Memorial Day :)
