WOW. I am beyond words with the level of customer service we experienced at The Dog House. We left our three pups with them for 8 days while we were out of the country, and they were so well taken care of! I am an over-protective Dog Mom, and when I sent the facebook page a message to see how everyone was doing, they responded quickly with detailed information about how their stay was going so far. I brought my cocker spaniel there two months ago and she came home traumatized. I paid $55 for a bath basically. Whatever they did trim on her, they nipped her tail with scissors and we are still having issues with it. I also was not informed that this occurred. Since then, I’ve found a groomer who is worth $55 and whom my dogs and I both adore.
Took my sheltie here, because of all the good reviews, and was willing to pay the extra money. Well that was a mistake! Either they don't know how to communicate on how the job needs to be done, or they have terrible groomers. They sure now how to chop sure job!!
I'm so grateful that there's a wonderful place with a precious staff to look after my baby when I need a sitter weather it's a weekend or longer . Seeing her in pics playing & socializing eases my mind . Thank u for taking great care of my Bailey.
