We have boarded our dog here a few times. He's always filthy when we pick him up. Twice he has had poop matted into the fur around his butt. When I picked him up from our most recent trip yesterday, I found out they gave him a bordetella shot he didn't need, and we didn't request. The final straw, though, is that they dropped his kennel and broke it to the point that it is now unusable. And none of the employees said anything about it. We're done.
My dog loves coming here! He has such a blast playing in the sprinklers!
Took our dog Rocky here for Memorial Day weekend. When we picked him up he was filthy and smelled like piss. His dog bed was so covered in dog pee they had to give it back to us in a trash bag. I'm also pretty sure he was under fed or not fed at all, since he got home and begged by his bowl until I fed him (which he never does). This place is just the worst.
Terrible worst place ever ever ever ever so bad
Hi, My Big Boy Milo (95lb 9 year old yellow lab) got to have the time of his life at DHR! Although he was only there for a couple of months (my office relocated) the staff and all were wonderful. Milo had never been to daycare, but loved it right off the bat. When we would get about half a mile away he would start crying, squealing and jumping in the car. He also had the habit of turning spins from the car to the door. Wonderful people, great rates. We both will miss you all! Thank you!!

I take my three dogs here once every few weeks for doggy daycare, and I've also left them for boarding. The staff is always amazingly friendly and my pups always come home exhausted!! Whenever I check in on them on the cameras, the pups area always having a good time and the staff is being attentive. My dogs are my furry children and I love that I have a place to take them where I have no worries about them.
