Hello William. We have read your yelp review. Our Facebook page also allows any review. But regarding Lily we are very sorry about what happened. We took care of the situation as soon as staff got in. Rebecca was manager at tje time of the incident and we apologize that she didnt contact you after it happened. A lot of oyr ataff did ask her how she was doing though. We all love her very much.
I’ve taken my dog to daycare and it is ok...he has a lot of fun, especially in the little swimming pool. But they are understaffed so there aren’t enough people watching the dogs, which leads to being unable to prevent dog fights. He’s been bitten in the face once here, which I didn’t receive a call about and only found out when I picked him up. I would NEVER ever board my dog here, though. We love bringing our Goldie girl to The Dog House! Although she tends to be shy with many of the doggies, the care and love she gets from the humans is wonderful! We are so glad to have a quality place for her to hang out a few times a month. Thank you Dog House!!
We wanted to make sure our new bulldog puppy was socialized with all sorts fo dogs and found the The Dog House. He loves it and the staff are wonderful and tell me stories of his crazy antics while there :)
Whenever I go out of town, I stress about my dogs....who will take care of them? I can truly say my heart and mind is at peace when I take the boys here. They treat each and every dog with kindness and love! I love this place!
