Most of my experiences here have been great. The people in the back that check you in & the lab are super nice. The nurse that takes you in the room is one of my favorites. It is obvious that she loves what she does. The NPs are very professional & interested in the patient. HOWEVER there is a dark haired lady named Renee that works at the front desk that is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered both in person & in the phone.
