This is the worst doctor's office you can have if you miss your appointment by 2 minutes they will make you sit and wait 2 hours and then tell you Why you needed to wait so long.
No problems here! The process was clear and simple. Communication was friendly, responsive and done through text. Showed up and there was a line of cars in front of me the line moved fast. Received my rapid test results in about an hour. Easy Peasy!
I was able to get a test in less than 10 minutes with test results within 24 hours. Easy to check in process.
Horrible! Save your time and money ... this place is the worst. My son required a covid test as part of his college check-in process. Not only did he not received the results within 72 hours; but is still waiting six days later. Good luck trying to contact these folks on the phone, they don't answer, and even their message box is full (probably from others unhappy customers trying to get answers). What a rip off!
