Dr. Richter is absolutely wonderful. We came to her from another pediatrician who wouldn’t hear me out about my daughters concerns with constipation. The moment I expressed my concerns with her, she listened to me and put me at ease and recommended things that weren’t even brought up by the other pediatrician and it worked! This was over a year ago and she’s been amazing every step of the way. Always patient and listens to any concerns and has great suggestions. Highly recommend Dr. Richter!
What a horrible experience with this practice. If you are a military family or anyone who values your time, don't try and come to this doctor or office. It started with their staff having issues verify insurance, they called me at least 5 times telling me didn't have insurance. I had to basically hold their hand through the process and what do you know, we do have insurance. Then 1 hour before the appointment they called me to tell me they couldn't find my children's shot records and they have to get them all during their sc... read more
I seen Dr. Richter today and I love her!! I have a newborn and Dr. Richter was recommended to me by my sister who took her daughter here since she was a newborn… now her daughter is 5 and she still goes there. My son is 2 weeks old and Dr. Richter was very good with him and addressed all of our concerns! I feel very happy knowing that my son will be well taken care of with her as his pediatric doctor. I also LOVE Brittany at the office. She is so nice and sweet. She is great with babies and is very knowledgeable!
