The staff at this office always go out of their way to help me with anything I may need. Ms. Viola and Ms. Selena especially. They do it with a smile and genuine care for you and your child. Excellent all the way around
I had such a great experience speaking with Selene at the Pediatric Associates Old St. Augustine location! As a pregnant mom trying to navigate care for my 3-year-old, it can sometimes feel overwhelming , but Selene made it so smooth. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and informative. She broke everything down for me clearly and made sure I had all the info I needed to feel prepared for our appointment. It’s rare to come across someone so compassionate and helpful. she made a big difference in my day. Thank you, Selene!

Dr. Richter is absolutely wonderful. We came to her from another pediatrician who wouldn’t hear me out about my daughters concerns with constipation. The moment I expressed my concerns with her, she listened to me and put me at ease and recommended things that weren’t even brought up by the other pediatrician and it worked! This was over a year ago and she’s been amazing every step of the way. Always patient and listens to any concerns and has great suggestions. Highly recommend Dr. Richter!
