I had appointment with Hetter, the nurse practitioner Thur. 07/27/2023 @ 11am.....at 12:25 pm I called the office to inform them that Hetter was a "no show" and I was told she resigned....no one called me to inform me of her resignation.....I told that 08/08/2023 I had another appointment.....once again I "did not" receive a call.....I requested Raina and was sold that she resigned also and I told the lady that I was conversing with "I'm resigning too!!
I set my friend up with this service and it has been a great help. Not having to coordinate transportation as she can no longer drive has made life so much easier! They set up several medical services to come right to home for her. I wish I knew about this sooner!
Heavily advertised and needed service but they never return calls. It is a shame as my mom needs assistance and had signed up wit Hetter but can't get ahold of her.
They never did any intake assessment of my Mother. It has been three weeks since paperwork was completed. Completely incompetent and ignorant. They told me my Mother was seen when she wasn’t. My Mother deserves better and I deserve to have the truth stand instead of trying to talk me into believing their lies. Horrible!!!!!!
