Service was very slow. We waited one and half hours then thirty minutes for a waitress. Yeah they have the ambiance, but slack on service.

Had oysters on the half, great price on them! Also had a shrimp basket, all food was wonderful! Redline was awesome as well! Great relaxed atmosphere, service was wonderful! Kid friendly atmosphere! I'll be coming back!

Traveled from Cleveland to enjoy time with family at THE DOCK. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! poor customer service, staff un-accommodating and unprofessional.
Very, very unprofessional staff!! Maybe, just maybe I would go to the bar, but would never do business with them for an event. Lots of Ratchet customers were also having an event, and they were very drunk and disorderly, no thanks.
