Went there last year for 21st birthday. Had about 20 people. Service was horrible food was worse and the management was a joke. No one apologized and they said we would get our money back and as far as I know, no one did. I will never go back. Ruined my birthday dinner.
The food was good but we waited about 15 minutes before a server even greeted us after being seated.
Cold food on a slow night and drinks wrong with from a non-apologetic bartender. About all I can say was the service as decent.
Great atmosphere, good service, terrible crawfish.
Nice place. Don't recommend the crawfish at all. They tasted like they were cooked the day before and dipped in hot water to reheat.
I enjoyed my time at the Dock. The food was good. We sat at the bar... our bartender Chris took very good care of us!
Good food but really bad service. The staff is not customer-centric.
It was delicious!! Enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food! ☺️ Our waiter, James was perfectly accommodating and respectful as well! Thank you for a great first experience, looking forward to dining there again soon!! For those reading this review, ask for James!!! He's wonderful!
It was nice but the skeeters ate us all up. Food was just okay. Service was great both food and bar. We had about 25 people and everyone had what they needed.
