Got an estimate was told I was put on the schedule. No one ever showed up and every time I called after that no one answered.

Have talked with Richard and Gretchen on multiple occasions about fixing issues with my dock for over 6 months and have yet gotten an estimate for what it will cost. Every time I give them a call they say they will get an estimate for me and call me back. They never call back and when I call them again they act like I never called. Very poor customer service!
I cannot say enough good things about them! Responsive, reliable and fair.
