Dr. Suzana John has been on point every visit for the past 2 years. She and staff never disappoints me, guess I'm just blessed like that....
Dr. Gandiga and the other care providers at Emory helped save my sister’s life. Dr. Gandiga properly diagnosed her with DM and helped her get the treatment she needed before it was too late. I thank God for leading us to Dr. Gandiga!
I have had 2 appointments cancelled by staff stating “in error” . They waited 2 weeks after appointments were scheduled each time to inform me. I feel the staff is obviously very incompetent. Going elsewhere, sick patients don’t have time to wait and wait because of their continual incompetence to schedule appointments correctly.
Terrible staff taking 5 days to open emails. They do not send your prescriptions on time to pharmacy or do not send it flat out. You have to run after them and send them the same request to renew the prescription with your pharmacist over and over. Communication is terrible.
