An incredible dinner at Diving Horse in Avalon! Everything from start to finish was outstanding. We started with the fresh beets appetizer, which was light, vibrant, and perfectly seasoned. The halibut with cannellini beans and saffron broth was cooked to perfection — so flavorful and beautifully presented. And we couldn’t resist the homemade Kit Kat dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending. The service was just as impressive — Travis was attentive, friendly, and made the night extra special.
