Don’t listen to people who haven’t lived here at least 2 years. Iykyk. Roach infested, power goes out, dog poop everywhere, they don’t clean the pools out, they lock the gazebo pool from the front side of the property. A maintenance man that was filling in stated we needed a whole new ac, office did not fix the ac leak so it constantly leaked Freon. The gate is there to only look pretty. It never worked.
If I can hunt this place -5 stars I would. The disrespect coming from the property manager Isabel and false misinformation from the leasing agent Veronica is absurd!! My lease was up this past August 17th 2025. Decided to not renew the lease due to my job of being an Over the Roaf truck driver and paying rent at a place a barely seen. The keys were turned in on August 6th left in the counter along with carpet shampoo machine rental agreement. My apartment was left in immaculate conditions with carpet being Shampoo aswell. The new window A/C is great. The installer was friendly and did a good job getting that A/C to the 2nd level. Removed the broken A/C, installed the new A/C Verified the new A/C is working. Removed all the waste. Thank you for a job well done!
I’ve only been here a short time, but I’ve had a great experience. Thanks to Veronica the lease process was straightforward and hassle free. The apartment is clean has modern appliances and is overall a nice spot to live. I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking for some where quiet and friendly to live
