If I can hunt this place -5 stars I would. The disrespect coming from the property manager Isabel and false misinformation from the leasing agent Veronica is absurd!! My lease was up this past August 17th 2025. Decided to not renew the lease due to my job of being an Over the Roaf truck driver and paying rent at a place a barely seen. The keys were turned in on August 6th left in the counter along with carpet shampoo machine rental agreement. My apartment was left in immaculate conditions with carpet being Shampoo aswell. The new window A/C is great. The installer was friendly and did a good job getting that A/C to the 2nd level. Removed the broken A/C, installed the new A/C Verified the new A/C is working. Removed all the waste. Thank you for a job well done!
I’ve only been here a short time, but I’ve had a great experience. Thanks to Veronica the lease process was straightforward and hassle free. The apartment is clean has modern appliances and is overall a nice spot to live. I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking for some where quiet and friendly to live
I have been living here for almost a year. I have not had any issues, and every time I called with a request they have been very accommodating. I personally deal with Veronica she has been so very helpful, made the move in process smooth and worked with me on a short notice.
Worst experience ever for one I have moved in this place with the hopes of being happy the reviews speaks for itself for one this place does not care about your living situation rather your at fault or they are at fault paid almost 5k to move in only for them to keep deposit basic off there own reasons...there was significant amount of damage that I dealt with for years asking them to fix it and they did nothing to help me when I was ready to leave because of my living they rejected to give my deposit back I was so unhappy a... read more
