We stayed at the Distillery Inn for a few nights and loved it. The room was super classy, everything in town was within walking distance, and the cocktails were fantastic! If you are looking for somewhere unique and special in the Carbondale/ Glenwood area, look no further!
It was so nice meeting Connie & her team of family & friends business today. She was so gracious and took us on a “on the spot” tour! I’m so happy to see a idea turn into a incredible concept. The Vodka is super smooth!!!! It does not disappoint

The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet enough to enjoy your friends but lively and fun. Kat, our bartender, was great and the drinks she made were delicious. We will be back for more yummy cocktails from her.
