Creative menu, excellent service!
Went here Saturday night and the meal was amazing. We got the Uni for an appetizer which is generally impossible to find in Boise and it was incredible! For entrees I ordered the Shrimp and Grits which were absolutely amazing and had an excellent combination of flavors. My husband got the beef tenderloin and loved it as well. Our waitress was great and she gave us good recommendations and was knowledgeable about the menu. A+
There were several problems with my meal, while my dining partners enjoyed their meals, for the most part, the recommendation from the kitchen for my vegan option was the green salad and crackers, homemade but they had parmesan cheese on top,. They did bring me bread with olive oil but charged me2.50 more for the bread. They did have a vegan option for dessert, but two of the four sorbets were so spicy hot I couldn't eat them. This place is raved about by many locals. When travelling i try to find new places every time i visit, but this one requires repeat visits. The Brussels sprouts are to die for.
