TLDR: The Disaster Company has seriously taken care of us during this process. It's been about a month almost since the Cat-3 Flood and we're nearing the final steps of our rebuild. All should be done in a week or two! You can discuss financing options, and PLEASE be kind, open, and honest with those working hard on your home! While your situation may be rough right now, it does not warrant you being rude or mean to those just trying to help. These guys came out at all hours ... Continue Reading

For starters: don't do what scammers do, do the job and quit making false promises

start with the owners and work done from there. Laborers, you never know when coming. if office calls and tells you there are coming one day....they don't show. You call the office. nothing.

This company was working on a house next door to me when they decided to paint on a windy day without masking off, needless to say my house and 2 vehicles were covered in paint. I contacted them and gave them every opportunity to make this right. After a half hearted attempt to clean 1 vehicle and multiple promises that they would make it right my house and both vehicles still have paint on them and I never heard from anyone on this issue again.

Business response:

We have reached out to you and are sincerely sorry that our offers and our attempts to right this situation were not to your satisfaction.

This company takes advantage of people when they are suffering! They tore my house to pieces and overcharged my ins co. Totally exaggerated the work and hours spent.

Business response:

Tiffany, It has been over a year since we had any contact with you and would like an opportunity to discuss these concerns with you as soon as possible and try to resolve them. We only did a small portion of the work at your home and were not aware of any concerns of this nature. We have left messages for you and your husband and hope to hear from you soon!
