Never even got to use them. Had been trying to book an appt since JUNE..cancelled the first one at the last minute because they didn't do "coupon" bookings on Fridays...even though I had received confirmation from them the the appointment was booked. Rebooked and got another confirmation. Again, they cancelled it..They sent me a message and said my appointment was cancelled. No reason, and NO attempt to rebook. Extremely unprofessional. I had a confirmed appointment for cleaning. They never showed or notified me that they had cancelled. I only found out they had cancelled when I called to see why they were so late. Save your time and money and use a service that is more professional.
