On 20June23 took my elderly Uncle there at approximately 1:15 p.m. It appeared the lunch rush was over and three of the staff were themselves sitting at a table gossiping. Our assigned waitress (Cassidi) got up and walked over to our table while continuing her conversation with her co-workers. Her co-workers and disturbingly what could of been a shift manager, continued the conversation with her as she was taking our orders. RecommendedGreat place! Thank you Lloyd for sitting me/in a booth on a busy Sunday morning! Alexia was wonderful, sweet waitperson and sooo kind. Our food was cooked perfectly and coffee was excellent (I’m picky about my coffee.. Ha Ha). Please put this on your “visiting Tyler” list. We’ll be back!

Absolutely the worst experience ever! After waiting 30 minutes to be seated another 30 minutes to be serviced!! I am not one to give bad ratings but when the owner came to our table and didn’t apologize to my husband for this burnt food that was served to him was unbelievable! All he could say was, it was replaced!! It was replaced!! Then having to leave our son at UT Tyler this morning after this bad experience was very upsetting to me. He was extremely rude! My wife and I are from out of town and as soon as you walk in your greeted with a good morning. The wait staff is well managed and well worth the wait if a busy morning. The food was excellent and prompt. Again leading to a well run kitchen staff that we don’t see. I’d say a must for Tyler if you get the time.
Our 10th year for 1st day of school breakfast. Fresh and delicious food as always!
