JEFF SUCKS!!!! My boyfriend and I went there to look at engagement rings and diamonds. It was one of the worst shopping experiences we've ever encountered. The owner, Jeff was arrogant, unwilling to show us more pieces, self-righteous, cocky and extremely condescending. At one point, I almost ripped him a new one because that's what he needs. NEVER EVER GO THERE! It was TERRIBLE!!!!
The Diamond of the Hudson Valley I have been to many jewelery shops in the area and by far this is the best in the Hudson Valley. There new location across from the car dealership is absolutely exquisite! My wife loved the diamond earings I bought her for Christmas...and thank you for such a great deal!
No better place! My husband & I have been customers of The Diamond Mine for the past 11 years. We love Rob & Jeff. There are no other jewelers we would trust more! They not only offer you their expertise but a friendly warm smile & hello when you walk through their door. Frank, who is on hand to handle all repairs is pretty amazing as well. There is nothing I love more than to rip open wrapping paper to see a white box with the writing "The Diamond Mine" on it! Check them out....you'll see what I mean!
RecommendedI won’t go anywhere else for jewelry or repairs! Everyone is so nice and friendly. When you walk in the atmosphere is friendly and your treat like family. I highly recommend the Diamond Mind to everyone!
My wife Tina lost a ring and wanted it to be replaced with the identical ring the guys at the diamond mine did a beautiful job duplicating the ring thanks to Frank in the back and the guys in the front we really appreciate it and anybody that is looking for jewelry these guys are fabulous
Quick, friendly service that is well done. I needed my engagement ring sized and wanted to wait while it was done. The owner, Rob, told me he would make sure they could fit me in. While there, I explained that I hadn't been able to get the rings off my finger in years and that while the engagement ring finally came off, I still couldn't remove my wedding band. This place is absolutely amazing. The ring they custom designed for my fiancé is beautiful. Very professional and very helpful. I can’t wait for us to have our wedding bands made up.
I love the diamond mine. They have a great section of jewelry and friendly staff. I have a couple of pieces of very jewlry that are family heirlooms and they have done an amazing job fixing and caring for them.
