I seriously cannot say enough about Jess, the manager of The Diamond Centre on Merle Hay Road! The mess ups with my ring had absolutely nothing to do with her, but that didn’t stop her from some of the best customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. She went out of her way on more than one occasion and definitely hit a homerun when she picked out the pendant that my original diamond from my wedding ring is now in!
