The arrangement I ordered was absolutely beautiful. Also, I really appreciated the shop's honesty and customer service. I placed the order online after store-hours and wanted to pick it up early the next morning. Since they would have to order the flowers and would not have it ready until afternoon, the shop called me to explain the situation and offered either to have it ready by early afternoon or to use slightly different flowers.
