As stated in one of the previous reviews ever since homestead took over they've been intruding into peoples homes without enough notice time at a constant rate that is uncomfortable. The people they've put into the building are probably meant to drive previous home renters out. EVERYTHING they do is to jack the rent up and make it as uncomfortable as possible so they can drive previous renters out. Absolutely terrible place to live. Horrible property managers and even worse service. Contractors will enter your apartment with less than 24 hours notice. Treat your unit like a dump and not clean up after themselves. No one can ever be reached from the office. Save your money and live in your car.
