Great service and plenty healthy choices. So glad to have found this “safe purchasing” store. The North American market is poorly regulated in terms of cosmetics and such store is such a game changer. Friendly staff and lovely clientele.

I don’t know how they get business treating their customers like second-class citizens. Most importantly, my first visit here I was recommended product X for my acne by staff. After I completely broke out and returned to the store, a different employee told me that product X is not for acne and causes breakouts and recommended me product Y. I’ve been to this store on multiple occasions and am always very happy either the experience. I have been struggling with my skin for some time, and it has been an amazing relief to have found a place that cares and doesn’t see you as just another sale. With the help of the staff, I have been able to transform my skin to what I have been wanting for quite some time, and I am so happy to have turned onto using products that are more natural and less harsh on my skin!
I do not understand how the store is getting such amazing reviews. My daughter and I have come here three times, and each time we have been completely ignored by the staff. They just stand around and don’t interact. When I’ve asked for help they just quickly help then walk away. I find them snobby. I work in a health food store and I understand the importance of healthy nontoxic products and I’m all about that.
