My car was an absolute mess following a wide-spread, sick puppy incident. The staff at Detail Doctor detailed my car, and it is like new again! They were professional, courteous, and upfront when discussing the necessary work and related costs. The follow up call to ensure my satisfaction and invitation to return if something was not fully completed was off the charts costumer service! I've been there several times in the past with my Audi A4 convertible and you've always charged me $99 for full detail. I call to make an appointment today and confirm your price point, now you want to charge $140 before I even show up. Complete bullshit!
