I brought my car for a PDR estimate for a small dent on my hood. Not only did they take me on the spot, the dent was completely removed, they also found some scratches on the hood that were visible under their inspection lights and insisted on removing them for me at no extra charge. Great first experience from someone who typically hates letting others touch his cars!
I just took my 2014 Audi A5 to Detail Doctor in Shrewsbury. Besides doing an interior and exterior detail, I also asked to have 7 small exterior dents removed if possible. To say that that my car looks like it was when it was brand new is the best description I can give. The outside finish is awesome, but the dent are completely gone. This place is beyond wonderful. I was very hesitant due to the price, but my car needed a lot of work. It had been swiped on the front, and scratched up in the back. The inside was in need of a deep cleaning and conditioning. I've been wanting to get it fixed up for 3 years. I was BLOWN AWAY by the work they did. After seeing the work that was put into my vehicle, it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!!!
I detail my own cars once in awhile when I get time. These guys are the PROS! If you take your car here, you'll drive away with a car that's absolutely CLEAN. There's not a single water mark, or even spec of dust on the inside. Every crevice in the the rim is spotless. I have huge calipers on one of my cars and it looked brand new from my dirty Brembos. They treat your car like it's their own. I take both my 2009 Scion tC (gloss black) and my 2018 Subaru STi here.
