The best barbecue I have had in a long time! I got to try the brisket, ribs and elk sausage and each was perfectly smoked and seasoned. And let's talk sides, I had the collard greens, smokey bacon mac and cornbread, again each dish was spot on. Once you have treated yourself to the Desoto Grill, you won't want to eat barbecue anywhere else.
Spectacular food! Great staff. I would go here often if it were closer to my home.

Pork belly, brisket and baked potatos were delicious. Our server, Tammie, ranks at the top of our All Time Best list!
The food was great, I recommend the brisket sand which. The mac n cheese was excellent and the staff was friendly.
