I love barbecue and have eaten great barbecued food all over the country. Simply put I can’t think of a single restaurant better than the DeSoto Grill. The pulled pork is as good as or better than my other favorite - Central BarBQ in Memphis. Make sure you get the Cajun coleslaw. It’s fanstastic! The frito-pie is great. And the strawberry lemonade is the stuff dreams are made of.
Great food, wonderful owners and staff, good beer, and absolutely a winning place to eat!!
You will always get service with a smile and excellent food cold beer and amazing desserts at the Desoto check it out you will be glad you did.

Great place. Great atmosphere. Super friendly staff. Elk sausage is delicious. Collards and jalapeño mac are off the chart.
The Brisket Cheese Steak Sandwich was delicious! The bacon Mac & cheese was also really good! Really neat atmosphere. Highly recommend if you are in Kalispell.
I had such amazing friendly service at the desoto grill. I was only in kalispell for the night and went there on a reccomendation of a friend. The red/ auburn haired server was the best ( Allie?). I will definitely make sure to stop back in when I am there again. She was super friendly and made a great trip even better! The huckleberry cheesecake was the best I have ever had!!
It was amazing.. and tammy was an excellent waitress!! Cant wait tell next time!!
