Apartment entryways are all full of spider webs, mold just dirty. over the past two years the front gate if it works for 2 weeks we were lucky. Not fixed!!!! The apartment itself could be nice if the stoves worked, doors in the bathroom close and not rusted rotten moldings in the bathroom from day one never fixed, and so much more. This is not a very safe place to park your car, kids put nails under tires, key cars, way too much drug sales in the parking lot. I can go on. There is some good the ducks are cute. RecommendedI signed my lease without actually looking at the property, solely based off pictures and reviews. It exceeded every expectation by far. My original move date was delayed due to COVID 19 travel restrictions, and the parkway lakeside management team (Brittany and Lindsey) was very accommodating. Upon move in, the staff was great in getting me settled into my new place. I highly recommend Parkway Lakeside!

RecommendedWe love our home here! It’s a peaceful community with great amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. The well thought out floor plan and modern design make each unit aesthetically pleasing. If you’re looking for a good family environment with a bit of an upscale community this place has it.

RecommendedParkway lakeside is definitely a place to call home. From the moment I inquired about seeing the apartment, Lindsay was awesome in getting the process started and getting me moved in. Britni is great too. Always helpful office. Community is quiet, friendly residents, animal friendly, well maintained. Apartments are spacious, clean, granite countertops, attached garages. RecommendedI just signed the lease on a new 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment today! These apartments are in an amazing location right in the middle of everything, but still have a quiet neighborhood feel to them. They are also one of only a few apartment communities in all of Johnson County, KS that are both affordable and allow larger dogs, which was a must have for me.
