so far so good, the staff is so friendly. Amandas customers service is on point. The best iv seen in a long time. staff is so welcoming and willing to help in anyway. I cant wait to set a move in date. The appointments are Beautiful with a capital "B". I just love all of the new upgrades they have recently done and installing a gate at the front entrance, it makes you feel since of security is being put in place and that they wont all the residents to feel safe. I really can keep going on about this place. I just love it.
Customer service is just horrible; bad communication.
If there is ever a maintenance issue, it’s taken care of immediately. Anthony is the best. However, there are some issues: people don’t know how to properly take care of their trash. On weekends it piles up at the dumpster and people just toss trash anywhere. This is a resident issue.
The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I'm extremely happy to be living here now
The community itself is a decent community. However, we do new owners and I will see if they are able to carry on in the same manner as the original owners, MAA. I have lived here a long time and I have never had any major problems with my apartment. The staff has always been friendly to me and the maintenance staff have always been prompt in their repairs and courteous. So, Timberland Partners, let's see if you can convince me to continue to make this community my home.
Do not, and I repeat do not rent from this community! Is infested with roaches, and no matter how much you complain they can't get rid of them. Then when you move out they wanna call charge you $1800 to cancel your lease. So they want you to just live and I have roach infested home.
Wonderful management and gorgeous community!
