The owner of this company has dodged paying for services that were provided two months ago. Due to her neglect the check was not prepared prior to the performers arrival as discussed and a mistake was made, now she is failing to correct the mistake. She has been completely disrespectful of my time and my performers time. 99% of the time she can’t be bothered to answer or respond and if she does it’s just a stream of excuses and empty promises. Terrible customer service. I answered a question in social media about their price being 499.00 which it is in their website and I found it very convenient but this person went off me thinking that I didn’t agreed with this price. I felt very disrespected and this person didn’t even cared that I was a potential customer. This is ridiculous that people like this are doing business in this country.
