Phil was very patient with us. He worked to find the perfect log cabin right where we wanted to be. We closed this week and he has given us expert advice on setting up our cabin as a rental. Darlene guided us through the contract negotiations and closing. She made it easy. The Derosia Team is awesome.

Last Fall were searching for a cabin to use for overnight rental as well as a personal getaway. Philip found out what we were looking for and showed us several places that might meet our needs. He was very helpful by telling us about each property and what he might do if he had it to increase rentals. He helped us find the perfect cabin. Great people to work with. No pressure, really takes the time to know what you want . Just closed on our vacation cabin and have 2 overnight renters booked to help pay the bills. They gave several options, and I feel comfortable with our choice. Thanks
